We'll meet at the intersection of Ice House Road and Hwy 50 at 10:00AM on March 29th. Those who do not wish to make the drive up to Ice House Road in the morning can find lodging at the Kyburz Lodge, the Strawberry Lodge, or in Placerville. Additionally, there are campgrounds near the Strawberry lodge and likely between Ice House Road and Kyburz, as well. If there's interest, I'll find them. After we meet up, we'll take Ice House Road up to the Loon Lake area (approximately 35 minutes on Ice House), and play in the snow on the trails west of Loon Lake. Those who wish can camp on Saturday night at the Airport Flats campground. On Sunday, we can find a little more snow or head out.
